This is an in-home session where we implement our strategy and begin organizing.
Continuation Session | Achieving goals
time: conducted in 3-hour blocks
fee: $300/session
We work in partnership and complete our project.
In these sessions, An Organized Nest will provide discounts on organizing products at retail stores such as The Container Store, Office Max, California Closets, etc.
Evaluation and Maintenance | Testing the system
time: 1 hour
fee: $85
Once a project is completed, An Organized Nest is committed to making sure the systems put in place are easy and practical to maintain. Should a system need an adjustment, we will make the necessary changes.

We take a walk through your house, take several pictures, and discuss ideas – furniture placement, accents, items that you adore, and those you could do with out. We get a feel for your style, what you think is “missing”, and your budget for the project.
An Organized Nest drafts a “Design Outline” that includes suggestions for each room and some picture examples of pieces we may want to bring into each room.
Design Outline: Varies by project, minimum $250
On our next visit, we meet to discuss our ideas and select the designs that you would like to have implemented. During this session we also agree to a timeline, project fee and a design budget.
We work with you to ensure that everything we bring into your home is something that you love and reflects who you are, and how you live.
style your home | home staging
Prior to listing your home for sale, we asses what changes need to be made to accentuate the attributes of your home for potential buyers. We evaluate furniture and space planning, accessories, & color pallets. Our secret to staging is that we first advise you on decluttering, which gives you a jump start on packing. We also use your furniture as our base, and add accessories from there. This is a cost effective, efficient way to sell your home quickly, and for more money.
